Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products—especially skincare items The PhytoPharmaceuticals® and
Health-Tech® innovations—we adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards.

Return & Exchange Guidelines:

Eligibility: Only items that are defective due to manufacturing faults are eligible for return or exchange.

Time Frame: Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Condition: Products must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:
o Opened or used skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged.
o Health-tech® devices can only be returned if they exhibit a clear manufacturing defect. Devices that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, accidental breakage, or failure to follow usage instructions are not eligible for return or replacement.

Proof Required: All return requests for defective items must include clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded in the form of store credit or exchanged for the same item (subject to availability).
